Our Adventure Leadership Program develops responsible leaders and promotes the moral obligation to assist others in need. Through unique outdoor adventure experiences, Team ALP helps individuals develop the skills, confidence and compassion needed to successfully recognize and overcome stressful real life situations. Team ALP believes exceptional leaders create stronger teams and communities who will in turn inspire others to shape a better world. Team ALP was founded in memory of Carson Starkey. Carson's story.

Team ALP offers a growing menu of specific programs geared to specific audiences. Our years of adventure, athletic, military, education, youth camp and expedition experience have led us to develop unique programming that is engaging, fun, realistic and focused on creating outcomes that can be readily applied to real life situations.

Each program is designed to provide a combination of physical, emotional and mental challenge on both the personal and team level. While some traditional adventure activities such as rock climbing, low and high challenge course elements and general outdoor skill development are used, we continue employing new and unique ideas in everything we offer. All programs do utilize outdoor adventure skill development, conversation and fun. In addition to our overall objectives and goals, most individuals and teams will experience gains in a variety of related areas including confidence, communication, and espirit de corps.
